Quickly and Effectively Lift Sunken Concrete

Cement settlement causes are the same whether it’s a driveway, walkway, patio, garage floor, or pool deck. Plumbing leaks, heavy rain, and natural erosion can create voids and compaction beneath the slabs.

We use high-density polyurethane foam to fill these voids and stabilize and lift the cement. The expanding properties of the two-part formula allow for accurate leveling of the slab. This is a permanent, environmentally safe, waterproof repair preferred over mudjacking slurry, as the slurry can add more weight and contribute to the original reasons for sinking in the first place.
